I began this project at Myrtle Beach, where I took around two hours to go parasailing. Most of that time consisted of signing waivers and waiting for my turn to go. Once it was my turn, I had to ride a banana boat to the boat that was used for parasailing. The next portion of my project took around five hours at Grandfather Mountain. Misty went with me, and we spent time hiking, looking at the animals, visiting the Nature Museum, and walking on the swinging bridge. The last part of my project was spent at Skydive Carolina, which is a skydiving company in South Carolina. The weather did postpone my jump by about an hour and a half, but eventually I was able to jump. Overall, I spent about five hours there. To wrap up everything I had done, I decided my product would be a reflection of my journey with heights. I did this in the form of a blog, as I had had a previous assignment that was very similar, and I really enjoyed it. |
